I guess it was just a cold after all, not something more serious like pneumonia or bronchitis. One of the worst colds I’ve ever had, however. Last night the cough was driving me crazy. I remembered that I have a bottle of Virtussin AC in the cabinet, and took a hit or two. Yes, it calmed the cough, but I am now a zombie, feeling rather weak and dizzy and light-headed, and in some ways it’s a pleasant diversion. Something tells me I’m not going to be driving any time soon...

I’ve never heard of Buckley’s, and wonder if it’s sold in the US or if it’s only available in Canada. This Virtussin stuff is loaded with codeine, which probably explains why I’m so loopy at the moment.

Im going through a cold right now. Throat is raw, coughing and nose is full of mucus. I sound like donald duck :P
